Tom Luciani, Vice President
Senior Finance Executive Search

tomA graduate of Cornell University, Tom previously co-founded three financial search firms: Luciani, Schlatter & Associates in 1981, Management Solutions in 1987, and The Luciani Group in 1995. Over the years, Tom's firms have represented hundreds of Bay Area companies in obtaining top financial managers and executives.

The Luciani Group functioned as a boutique financial search practice with a proven approach to providing technology companies with the best talent available, in a timely manner, at an affordable price. In 2009, Tom merged the Luciani Group with Kula Consulting.

Tom is widely recognized as a major player in Bay Area financial search. He is highly respected, well known, likable and creative. For over thirty years, he has watched the Northern California technology industry develop from its infancy and brings a huge network as well as a wealth of knowledge to the table on each search he and his team takes on.

Kristine Grisham
Search Director

Kristine has over 11 years' experience as an executive search consultant. Before joining Luciani Group, she was a Founding Partner of Grisham Group LLC, a nationally recognized executive search firm that specializes in recruiting senior-level executives in financial management, human resources, legal, not-for-profit, and education. She also held positions as executive recruiter at PeopleSoft, and associate with Korn/Ferry International where she focused on financial services and technology-related searches.

Kristine was a Founding Partner of Grisham Group LLC, a nationally recognized executive search firm that specializes in recruiting senior-level executives in the following industries: financial management, human resources, legal, not-for-profit, and education.

Prior to co-founding the company, Kristine was an Executive Recruiter for PeopleSoft. Before joining PeopleSoft, Kristine was an Associate with Korn/Ferry International, where she focused on Financial Services and Technology related searches. Kristine has served on the Alumni Board for Holy Names High School, one of the Bay Area's oldest, all-girl's Catholic High Schools. She has also served on the board of Wardrobe for Opportunity, an organization dedicated to helping women transition from welfare to work and the board of aNewAmerica. Since 2002 Kristine has been active in the Last Mile Foundation, a small foundation established to help African American students with average grades complete their requirements for admission into a college or university.

Currently, Kristine is an active member of the 12 Days of Christmas, an organization dedicated to helping impoverished families in Oakland during the holiday season. She is also a Girl Scout Leader for an Oakland based troop and a member of the Alameda Contra Costa Chapter of the Links, Inc.

Kristine holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of San Francisco.
